Roy Pitchford

Mr Pitchford has over 22 years senior management and executive experience in South Africa, over 16 years of which have been in the mining industry. Roy is a fellow of both the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and the UK Institute of Directors. He is a past president of the Chamber of Mines of Zimbabwe. In the mining sector he has been the CEO of Cluff Resources Zimbabwe Limited, Delta Gold Zimbabwe (Pvt) Limited, Zimbabwe Platinum Mines Limited and African Platinum Plc. He is currently the CEO of African Minerals Limited and also holds a number of non-executive positions.

Mr Hayden has over 30 years experience thoroughout the world as a company director of listed and unlisted companies in assessing, acquiring and developing mineral exploration prospects in Africa and Asia.

David (Sam) Hutchins

Mr Hutchins has over 20 years international investment experience as a specialist natural resource fund manager. He has extensive knowledge of global mining markets and is also a director of Ocean Resources Capital Holdings Plc (since 2003) and Murchison United NL (since 2000). Mr Hutchins was a director of Resources Investment Trust Plc from 2002 and 2003.
